Construction Project Management

Program Overview

Project management is vital in the construction industry. It addresses crucial concerns such as cost control, scheduling, procurement, and risk management. It is also essential to interact with all team members involved in the project.

Learning Innovation Hub PH has developed a 3-day program designed for participants who want to enhance their knowledge and skills in construction project management. This program covers the whole project life cycle from conceptualization to project closeout. The program consists of lectures, discussions, and table exercises that will help develop abilities in identifying and developing project management processes needed to complete a construction project.

Program objectives

At the end of the seminar, the participants shall be able to;
