Developing Agile Leaders

Program Overview

Leadership is dynamic.

We are in the precarious stage of adapting and adopting external and internal changes, drastically affecting organizational cultures. We must adapt the antidote to this ultimate disruption and enhance leadership interventions considering the stressed multi-generational workforce.

Leaders must be resilient and be able to recover quickly from difficult situations. Leaders must be agile to think and understand quickly.

We need to enhance managerial leadership skills while transitioning to the real normal. Many who rose from the ranks are suddenly confronted with the challenges of leading and supervising in this uncertain time. Some managers need to change management styles and address the evolving workplace culture.

Learning Innovation Hub PH developed a 3-session webinar to help participants learn how to deal more effectively with themselves, their work, their environment, and customers while transitioning to the real normal. They will learn how to be a resilient and agile leader.

Participants will also learn how to create a state of mind that allows them to meet, conquer, and transcend life challenges. They will learn to live from their vision and purpose rather than being reactive to circumstances, events, and other people.
