Designing a Results-Based Performance Management System

Program Overview

If we can't measure employees’ performance, we can't manage our employees’ performance.

An organization that seeks to maintain and improve its competitive advantage must manage its employees' performance to optimize its results. The ability of the people to perform can mitigate their losses or take the challenge and convert the crisis into an opportunity for success.

Therefore, performance management influences employees' performance by helping people understand what good performance means and providing the information and motivation needed to improve it. It is also important to design a proper performance management system aligned with the company's goals or strategies.

Learning Innovation Hub PH developed a 3-session program focusing on understanding the results-based performance management system's objectives. Knowing the elements of designing an effective performance management system. And developing and updating the company’s performance management system.
